About us

Hygienic, homemade, nutritious snacks for everyday families.

Jash Nourish Healthy Bites is a small homemade food business in Dubai, making naturally sweet bites from nuts, seeds and dates.

How it started

It began with a very ordinary moment at home. A child asks for something sweet, and the quickest answers are chocolate, biscuits or candy. That's fine now and then — but not as the answer every single afternoon.

So we started making bites from nuts, seeds and dates in our own kitchen. Dates gave the sweetness, nuts and seeds gave the substance, and nothing else needed to be added. The children liked them, and so did the adults, and neighbours started asking for packs of their own.

Jash Nourish grew out of that. It isn't a factory brand and it doesn't pretend to be: it's made by a person in your community, for families in your community, in small batches that get wrapped fresh and handed over the same week.

Our mission

To give Dubai families a naturally sweet, affordable snack made from ingredients they recognise — so saying yes to a sweet craving feels easy.

Our vision

To become the homemade snack Dubai families keep in the house every week — from lunchboxes to family packs.

What we stand for

Homemade

Rolled by hand in small batches, the way you'd make them in your own kitchen.

Hygienic

Clean preparation and fresh wrapping matter as much to us as the recipe does.

Naturally sweet

Dates do the sweetening. We don't add sugar to push the taste further.

Honest about ingredients

Nuts, seeds and dates. If we can't name it plainly, it doesn't go in.

Affordable

AED 13 for six pieces, so families can buy it regularly and not just on special days.

Why consider us

  • • Made fresh in small batches, not stocked on a shelf for months.
  • • No added sugar and no preservatives in the recipe.
